I had a half head of highlights done and they ruined my hair. The highlights where not close around my hair line and when I first washed my hair it started to fall out massively. I paid £143 pound for my hair to be ruined and I had to go to another salon to have all my hair cut off. Four weeks later and it is still falling out.

The owner called me today and was very nice, she offered free treatments on my hair while it recovers which was really nice and professional. She took the feedback on board which is good.
Cora hair beauty is my go to salon for haircuts now. I've had a wonderful experience with Katie. She did my haircut exactly how I wanted it to be, keeping in mind that I want layers with face framing. Her customer service is amazing. I have been going to Faye for over a year now and I have always been extremely happy with her work.
I have fine hair and have struggled to find a stylist who can give me layers, volume and length.
Faye is a true professional and always takes the time to listen to my needs and preferences before getting started.
She is patient and attentive, and always makes sure I am comfortable and happy with the final result. She has an eye for detail and takes pride in her work, which shows in the finished product. I went Fai when my hair was extremely damaged and she has done the best job with treating my hair. I also got 22 inch tape extensions and I am extremely happy with them and have not had any issues with the extensions. The service is quick and efficient and their customer service is amazing. I have never had a problem and will definitely be coming back
Always first class service here. Been coming for years, and never leave disappointed. I've had my hair coloured, had the normal cut and blow dry, and even changed my style back in the days, too old and boring to do anything now 🤣. I carry the loyalty card and have had numerous discounts and free treatments where applicable. Kim did my hair today and has done so many times before. It's nice when they remember things about you. Kim asked me about my new job, recommends things to watch, and read, and we always throw a little something about food and holidays in too. My hair feels silky soft, more so than usual that I don't want to wash it ever again, but know that I will have to. It's Saturday in August with temperamental British weather, I checked the weather before I left home, but alas British weather it started to rain, I was prepared to put my jacket over my head and run to the House of Fraser opposite the salon, but Kim came to my rescue, and gave me an umbrella, it saved my hair,thanks Kim, I'll bring it back so someone else's hair can be saved in the future 😀. My pictures don't do it justice, but for just keeping things simple ,hair feels soft, light and easy to manage. Cheers Kim for being my hair rescue team.
The stylist Zainab was pleasant and did my treatment in a professional and timely manner. My hair looks and feels great, and I feel prepared for my graduation celebrations tomorrow.
Had Kim do my hair for a wedding and she made my hair look amazing. Really appreciate the cut which has made it feel so my healthier. My girls also got their hair done at the same time. We love it here, we leave feeling well pampered and special!
